What Chargewise is

A lifestyle pacing assistant: reminders for rest blocks, breathing, fluids and check-ins, a daily log of what you did and how you felt, and a suggested day type from what you log and, with a watch, your watch data. It is an aid — how you feel comes first, and you decide what to do with its suggestions.

Chargewise is an informational lifestyle pacing tool intended solely to support personal habit management under the direction of your healthcare provider. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice or diagnosis, and should never replace professional medical judgment. If you feel unwell, contact your healthcare team.

Pilot notice

Chargewise is in a pilot. It is provided "as is" and "as available": features may change, be temporarily unavailable or be withdrawn without notice. Your data stays yours — you can export it or delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your agreement

Please read the Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice.

Quiet hours

No reminders sound in quiet hours, except medicines you've chosen to keep at their time. A medicine due just before quiet hours start that has to wait (for example for a rest timer) still sounds once.

Starter reminders

A gentle set to edit later in Settings → Reminders: a 10-minute rest block every 50 minutes while rest blocks are on, breathing four times a day, fluids four times, a wind-down at 21:00, and the morning and evening check-ins.

Rest-block hours

Rest blocks switch on by themselves 09:00–17:00 on weekdays; change it in Settings → Set-up.

Sign in with your fingerprint next time?

Next time, tap Sign in with fingerprint or face instead of waiting for an email.
Your fingerprint stays on your phone — Chargewise never sees it. Anyone who can unlock this phone could sign in, so keep a screen lock.
Not now won't ask again on this phone. You can set it up later in Settings → Checks → Security.

Reminders

…

Morning routine

These start when you save your morning check-in — one at a time, in this order, each a few minutes after the one before is done — or at Start by if you haven't checked in. Only each one's first time of the day; later times stay as they are. Checking in during quiet hours ends them for that morning.

Notifications

On iPhone, iPad and Mac Safari, notifications have no buttons: tap one to open Chargewise, where the buttons are on the reminder's card.
Sound when a timer starts
The "— started" notification, with its end time, after you tap Start. Off: it still shows, silently.
Show reminder names in notifications
Off: notifications say only "Chargewise reminder — open the app to see it", so a lock screen doesn't show what the reminder is (a medicine's name, say).

Enable Weekly Summary Emails

Notice: Enabling this feature sends a summary of your health data, including your watch's readings if one is or was paired, via standard email to your registered address. Standard email is not end-to-end encrypted. You may disable this at any time.
Your limits day colours · heart rate · rest rhythm · flare-up line
These decide when a day is suggested as Amber or Red, what's offered then, and when other things are flagged to you. Every one is yours to change.

Time zone

Reminder times, quiet hours and the day follow it. When your phone moves to another time zone, Chargewise asks before switching. Medicines then follow the new local clock, so one gap between doses is shorter or longer — ask your doctor or pharmacist about any medicine whose timing matters.

Quiet hours

No reminders sound in quiet hours, except medicines you've chosen to keep at their time. A medicine due just before quiet hours start that has to wait (for example for a rest timer) still sounds once. With a morning routine, checking in during quiet hours ends them for that morning.

Rest-block hours

Rest blocks switch on and off by themselves in these hours — your busiest part of the day.
Weekdays (Mon–Fri)
Weekends (Sat–Sun)
Leave a pair blank for no automatic rest blocks on those days. Switched on by hand, Rest blocks follow the hours again from their next start or end, and go off when quiet hours start. Switched on during quiet hours, they go off when quiet hours end — unless it's within their last hour, which counts as an early start.

Evening check-in

Ask about salt how much today, measured or estimated
Ask about protein how much today, measured or estimated
Both are optional each evening. Chargewise records them; it doesn't set targets — discuss yours with your healthcare team.

For a lost phone: signs out every device at once, stops their notifications, and can remove fingerprint sign-in. You get an email when a device Chargewise hasn't seen before signs in (not your very first; at most one an hour). If it can't be sent, that shows under Recent security events.

Export CSV
The CSV uses dates like 2026-10-16 and 24-hour times, for spreadsheets.

Delete my account and data

Removes your account and everything in it — reminders, events, check-ins, watch data, reviews, settings, sign-ins. There is no undo. Export CSV (under Data, above) first if you want a copy of your entries, reminders and settings. A CSV you have already exported stays wherever you saved it — delete it there yourself.
This is the operator account: the backups run under it, so it can't be deleted here.
